ZXP series pneumatic diaphragm straight-through single-seat control valve adopts top guide structure and is equipped with multi-spring actuator.It has the advantages of compact structure,light weight,sensitive action,S-streamline fluid channel,small pressure drop loss,large valve capacity,accurate flow characteristic,and convenient disassembly and assembly.It is widely used in precise control of gas,liquid and other media,and process parameters such as pressure,flow,temperature and liquid level are kept at given values.It is especially suitable for working occasions where the allowable leakage is small and the pressure difference between the front and rear of the valve is not large.

This series of products include standard type,heat dissipation type,low temperature type,heat dissipation type,low temperature type,adjustable cut-off type,bellows sealing type,jacket insulation type and other varieties.The nominal pressure level of the product is PN(Mpa)1.6,4.0,6.4,10.0.The valve body diameter range is DN(mm)20~200.The applicable fluid temperature ranges from -196℃ to +560℃ in various grades.Leakage standards include grades IIV,V,and VI.The flow characteristics are straight line and equal percentage.A wide variety of specifications are available.

The metal spool is suitable for a variety of working occasions and reaches the V-level leakage standard,and the ZXPQ soft-sealing structure valve core meets the VI-level leakage standard.

The valve body is designed as an equal-section low-flow resistance flow channel according to the principle of fluid mechanics,and the rated flow coefficient is increased by 30%.

ZXPV type bellows sealing type regulating valve forms a complete seal for the moving valve stem to block fluid leakage.

ZXPJ type regulating valve is equipped with a themal insulation jacket,which is used for the occasions where the fluid is easy to crystallize and solidify after cooling and cause blockage.

Valve positioner

For ZXPV type single-seat bellows-sealed control valve,the maximum allowable differential pressure is 1.0MPa.If the value is greater than 1.0MPa,the value will be 1.0MPa.
